Salman Khan refuses Bombay Talkies song because of Shahrukh Khan’s presence

The Dabangg Khan refused to feature in a song as his arch-rival SRK is associated with it

Last week we told you about Shahrukh Khan and Aamir Khan coming together on screen for the first time for a song in Bombay Talkies. We also wondered why not Salman Khan! Well, seems like the Mental star was approached for it but he refused it flatly, without any second thoughts, on learning about SRK’s association with it. Kya Sallu bhai, knowing that your fellow colleagues have willingly come together to celebrate 100 years of Hindi cinema, why not change your decision and participate this time? After all, you know how much difference your presence is gonna make, right?

Bombay Talkies will have one song that is common to the entire film. And the Chennai Express and Dhoom:3 stars will shoot their portions separately, but what’s with the Being Human actor. It seems only he will be missing in action as the makers have roped in the who’s who of Bollywood including young heartthrobs Varun Dhawan and Sidharth Malhotra, Anil Kapoor, and B-town’s gorgeous babes Kareena Kapoor, Katrina Kaif, Priyanka Chopra and Deepika Padukone.

Well, what can we say – Maan bhi jao, Sallu, if not for anybody else then at least for your fans!
