Justin, 19, certainly knows how to keep his fans on the edge of their seats. The singer initiated the release of this new video with a countdown on Twitter, natch.

On July 15, Justin tweeted, “…everyone sit tight. we are gonna pull over and handle this for you. i need to give you all this gift. #TheKey #buslifeproblems.” A few hours later, the Biebs posted the video on YouTube and revealed both a teaser of his new song and a clip of the commercial for The Key. While we’re not positive that “Heartbreaker” is about Justin’s on-again/off-again girlfriend, 20, he appeared to hint that it may be during the Fourth of July holiday. On July 5, Justin posted a pic of himself and Selena, 20, together on Instagram and captioned it, “#heartbreaker.”
