Nargis Fakhri: I don’t believe in marriage

While any guy would want to marry this gorgeous lady, it seems like this babe isn’t too convinced about the idea of getting married!

When it comes to acting, Nargis Fakhri has a long way to go to establish herself as a bankable star. But her good looks are to die for. No wonder she has had her share of link-ups even though the actor is just one film old. First, Nargis was rumoured to be dating Ranbir Kapoor and then there were reports about her being married to Dhoom 3 actor Uday Chopra. While Uday has openly expressed his fondness for Ms Fakhri on social networking site, here’s sad news for the dude. Nargis recently said in her interview that she doesn’t believe in the institution of marriage.

“I don’t believe in marriage. I don’t come from the same culture. It doesn’t make sense to me. So I have no plans to get married,” said the Rockstar actor. And that’s just not it! The B-town babe is also confident that she doesn’t need a man just to support her. “I want to be an independent woman. I will make my own career and money, so it’s okay if I don’t get married at all,” added the actor.

Madras Café trailer: John Abraham and Nargis Fakhri amidst war and terror!

Directed by Shoojit Sircar, the promo of the film looks quite realistic and riveting

Madras Café starring John Abraham, Nargis Fakhri and Rashi Khanna looks like a thought provoking film. It’s definitely not typical Bollywood stuff with over the top action scenes and people blazing away at each other for the heck of it.

John Abraham plays a RAW agent who’s been asked to be a part of a covert operation – and in the middle of the all the conflicts and tensions that have risen out of political unrest he meets Nargis Fakhri. She is playing the role of a foreign journalist who is trying to discover the traitors who have ulterior motives for breaking out a civil war. Both of them are a part of a dangerous crusade, the milieu is grim and just the promo is enough to keep you on tenterhooks. Men with dog tags, terror and violence, the hunger to nip the war problems in the bud and men in uniform putting their lives at stake – the film is a heady mixture of real issues and problems. And of course as John rightly says there’s more to than meets the eye – we totally wait to discover that…

July covers: Neha Sharma, Nargis Fakhri, Sonakshi Sinha turn up the heat!

Rockstar babe Nargis Fakhri may not be loaded with films, but that isn’t stopping her from working her charm as a model. She totally kills it on the cover of Maxim. While she goes down the road that reads ‘sexy’, Sonakshi Sinha opts for the basic and boring style route. The black sheath isn’t doing you any good, Ms Sinha! But just when we thought things were getting a tad unexciting, Aashiqui 2 dude Aditya Roy Kapur cheered us up with that impish grin on the cover of Exhibit. Let’s see who managed to look like a million dollar style baby and who gave us the uncontrollable yawns…
